These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of our digital learning platform and professional development courses. By registering, you accept the following provisions.
These terms apply to all digital continuing education offers, courses, and learning materials provided by iancrick.com. The platform serves to impart professional skills through structured online learning content.
The user receives a non-exclusive, time-limited right to use the courses for their personal learning process. Passing on access data or content to third parties is prohibited. The provider makes the learning content available with reasonable care.
The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. The provider assumes no guarantee for the user's professional development. The continuing education serves to expand skills, but without assurance of specific results.
The user may terminate use at any time. The provider may block access in the event of a violation of these terms. Fees already paid will not be refunded in this case. Ordinary termination is possible with a notice period of 14 days.
The provider reserves the right to change these terms with reasonable prior notice. The user will be informed by email. In case of non-acceptance, the contract can be terminated within 30 days. Continued use is deemed as acceptance.
